How do I install Zintora Gifts?

Click Add to Slack on the Zintora Gifts page and approve the permissions the app asks for. Installing is free. If your workspace requires apps to be approved, a workspace admin will need to approve it.

Who can send gifts?

Workspace owners, workspace admins and the person who installed Zintora, using /zintora gift. Anyone else who tries is told who to ask. Gifts are paid from the budget of the company account connected to the workspace.

How do I connect a company account?

Create a Zintora company account with your work email. Then, as the account owner, open Integrations in the dashboard and connect Slack. This links your workspace to the company, and gifts are paid from its gift budget. If you already installed the app, connect it from Integrations anyway.

How do recipients claim their gift?

They get a direct message from Zintora Gifts in Slack (or an email, if the company sent the gift from the dashboard) with a private link that works once. There they choose their gift, a size where needed and a delivery address. If the link doesn't work, email us with the name of the company that sent it.

How do I uninstall the app?

Remove Zintora Gifts in your Slack workspace's app management settings. We then clear the workspace's Slack token and cached member records. Campaign and claim history is kept until you ask us to delete it.

How do I ask you to delete our data?

Email [email protected] with what you'd like deleted and the workspace or gift it relates to. We may ask for a few details to find the records and confirm the request comes from you. You can also ask us to access, correct or export your data.
